RESPONSABILIDADES E ATRIBUIÇÕES

  • Realizar code reviews, sendo totalmente responsável pelo seu código e de sua squad
  • Codificar cenários estratégicos ou complexos
  • Analisar situações e propor soluções eficientes
  • Resolver problemas de forma rápida e criativa
  • Realizar provas de conceito
  • Auxiliar nos desenhos de arquitetura
  • Realizar testes de performance e retirar insights dos resultados
  • Participar da concepção, desenvolvimento e evolução de produtos
  • Difundir o conhecimento

REQUISITOS E QUALIFICAÇÕES

O que esperamos de você?


  • Demonstrada experiência nas principais stacks do ecossistema Go. Node.js ou Java ou outra linguagem relevante são diferenciais.
  • Experiência na codificação de testes automatizados
  • Sólidos conhecimentos na criação e consumo de APIs REST
  • Sólidos conhecimentos de banco de dados relacionais, especialmente PostgreSQL
  • Experiência com a cloud AWS e aplicações nativas cloud
  • Experiência com arquiteturas orientadas a eventos
  • Experiência com arquitetura de microsserviços
  • Inglês técnico avançado
  • Curiosidade e vontade de aprender novas ferramentas, plataformas e tecnologias
  • Facilidade de trabalhar em equipe de forma 100% remota
  • Capacidade de comunicar-se bem e de forma não agressiva



É desejável que você tenha:


  • Conhecimento na modelagem de bancos NoSQL
  • Conhecimentos de automação e/ou infraestrutura como código (vivência em cultura DevOps)
  • Conhecimento em meios de pagamentos e mercado financeiro
  • Orientação a entrega de valor ao cliente
  • Conhecimento de metodologias ágeis
  • Certificação AWS (Architect ou Developer)
