Envu is proud to be Great Place to Work Certified in the U.S., France and India (June 2025 – June 2026) FUNCTION: Commercial Performance Specialist EMEA LATAMLOCATION: Zona Sul, São Paulo, BrazilJOB TYPE: IndeterminadoROLE SENIORITY: Managerial GET TO KNOW YOUR AREA: As part of the Commercial Excellence EMEA LATAM team, the Commercial Performance Specialist plays a key role in driving the execution and deployment of commercial excellence initiatives across the region to ensure sustainable business growth. This role acts as a strategic link between Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Service and Commercial Excellence, ensuring alignment between market dynamics and internal execution through clear dashboards, tools, and governance processes. This role will focus on 3 key areas: price setup and profitability management, development of commercial policies (Commercial Policy), and sales contract optimization. By enabling robust pricing processes, effective cross-selling, and stronger customer agreements, you will directly contribute to improved customer loyalty and long-term sustainable business continuity. YOUR MISSION WILL BE TO: 1. Price Setup & Profitability ManagementCentralize and harmonize price lists across country clusters and market segments.Conduct profitability and business impact simulations to guide strategic pricing decisions.Ensure process consistency, data accuracy and timely loading of prices in D365 (ERP).Contribute to monitoring pricing effectiveness and recommend continuous improvements.2. Commercial Policy Development (Commercial Police)Design, implement, and refine commercial policies to support cross-selling and upselling,Leverage & analyze sell-out data to help commercial teams define customer based cross- and up-selling targets.Identify and drive initiatives to improve gross-to-net performance in consistency with customer prioritization.Partner with Sales, Marketing and Finance to align commercial policies with strategic objectives and optimize service level.3. Sales Contracts & Terms OptimizationCollaborate with Legal, Finance, and Sales to develop and optimize sales contract terms and conditions to foster customer retention.Ensure contracts balance commercial competitiveness with profitability, risk management and longer-term partnerships that reinforce business continuity.Standardize and streamline contract processes.ARE YOU READY FOR THE ROLE?Main requirements:Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
