💼 Vaga: MDM Tester – Híbrido em São PauloEstamos em busca de um(a) MDM Tester experiente e detalhista para se juntar ao nosso time e contribuir com o sucesso da nossa iniciativa de Master Data Management (MDM).A posição é híbrida em São Paulo, com a oportunidade de atuar em projetos de dados de grande porte e impacto global.Como MDM Tester, você será responsável por investigar e resolver falhas de qualidade de dados, analisar fontes e processos de ingestão, além de garantir a precisão, consistência e confiabilidade dos dados mestres em diversos sistemas.🔍 ResponsabilidadesTestar e validar dados mestres, assegurando qualidade, consistência e precisão entre diferentes sistemas;Investigar gaps de conhecimento e perfilar fontes de dados;Analisar e validar datasets de sistemas de origem para suportar migração e relatórios;Colaborar com times de negócio e tecnologia para garantir alinhamento em políticas de governança e qualidade de dados;Apoiar fluxos e automações de dados, contribuindo com melhorias contínuas nos pipelines.✅ Requisitos5+ anos de experiência em Data/ETL Testing;6+ anos de experiência em gestão e governança de qualidade de dados em ambiente MDM;Sólido conhecimento em modelagem de dados e integração de dados;Experiência com ferramentas ETL (Ab Initio, AWS Glue, Informatica, Alteryx);Vivência com CI/CD (GitLab) e práticas de DevOps/DataOps;Boa comunicação e capacidade de colaboração com equipes multifuncionais.🌐 DiferenciaisExperiência com MDM em nuvem;Atuação prévia em projetos de migração, validação ou limpeza de dados em larga escala.Experiência prática com Stibo MDM;📍 Local e ModeloHíbrido – São PauloContrato PJ
