We are seeking a Technical Onboarding/Migration Specialist to join our client’s proactive team. This role is critical in facilitating the transition of clients from outdated systems to a cutting-edge integrated platform. You will ensure a seamless, technically efficient migration process, leveraging your technical expertise and problem-solving skills.


The Role:

  • Spearhead the technical migration of Forest Product clients.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues encountered during the migration process, ensuring a smooth transition for clients.
  • Conduct detailed technical demonstrations and training sessions, equipping clients with the knowledge and skills to effectively use the new platform.
  • Directly engage with clients to understand their technical needs and concerns, providing tailored support through every step of the migration process.
  • Work closely with the adoption team to facilitate a seamless integration for new and existing clients, with a focus on technical support and problem resolution.


What We're Looking For:

  • Individuals with a strong technical acumen and a systematic approach to identifying and solving technical challenges.
  • Candidates with a robust background in technical support or IT, who can guide clients through the technical aspects of migration with ease.
  • Proven experience in technical troubleshooting, customer success, and service within a tech-oriented environment.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a hybrid working model, demonstrating flexibility and the ability to collaborate both in-office and remotely.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and engaging manner to a non-technical audience.
