We are looking for a Microsoft Teams Specialist Senior, who wants to learn and transform their career, in a CLT contract, remote in the city of São Paulo or On-site in the city of Londrina.What you'll do:Administer and optimize Microsoft Teams, including channels, policies, integrations, and APIs.Automate processes and recommend engineering improvements.Monitor alerts, analyze root causes, and implement solutions.Work with PowerShell, MS Graph, and application management in Teams.Test new features and implement changes securely. What we're looking for:Strong experience with Microsoft Teams, M365, and integrations.Proficiency in PowerShell/MS Graph.Experience managing applications, APIs, and automation.Knowledge of RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and service improvement.Fluent in English 100% Remote>>> What do we offer?
