Minimum qualifications:


  • BS or MS in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Analytics, or related subjects
  • 2+ years industry experience in predictive analytics and machine learning model building in a cross-functional environment
  • Experience in Python and related Data Science libraries (Scikit Learn, Pandas, Numpy, XGBoost, LightGBM, Imbalance Learn, etc)
  • Experience using SQL
  • Experience working in a fast-paced agile environment.


Preferred qualifications:


  • Hands-on experience in designing, implementing and deploying models in AWS using SageMaker, Lambda, Redshift, S3, DynamoDB
  • Written and verbal proficiency in English
  • Experience with source code repositories like Git or Bitbucket

At the core of our company is our proprietary technology. We are seeking a Data Scientist (DS) to join our world-class technology team. DS will be involved in all aspects of machine learning model building, deploying and monitoring, as well as data analysis.


Responsibilities:


  • Analyze data and find insights to support business decisions
  • Analyze data for completeness and usefulness for solving business problems
  • Build datasets from various sources
  • Prototype / Build POC models
  • Transition POCs to production ready code
  • Build preprocessing pipelines to handle imputation, encoding, and sampling
  • Improve existing machine learning workflow
  • Analyze production model performance / Maintain production models
  • Deploy model pipelines to production and work with Engineering team to integrate into proprietary web applications
