Company Description

Traact is a legal service platform SaaS company that focuses on removing administrative tasks by automating entity management, board meetings, permits & licensing, disputes & litigation, and contract management.


Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Accounting Associate. The Accounting Associate will be responsible for managing financial statements, creating journal entries, applying analytical skills to financial data, utilizing accounting software, and supporting finance-related tasks.


Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of financial statements and journal entries (accounting)
  • Has experienced with invoicing and payments (AR/AP)
  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data
  • Knowledge of finance and accounting principles
  • Proficiency in accounting software (Quickbooks)
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • English is required as all communications are done via English.
