As a certified Microsoft and Snowflake partner, we deliver impactful data initiatives in industries like retail, hospitality, and e-commerce.The RoleWe are seeking a Senior Data Consultant to join our growing team in Brazil.This is a senior, client-facing role where you will lead strategic data initiatives for international customers, collaborating with cross-country engineering teams.You will design and deliver modern data solutions using Snowflake and Power BI, provide best-practice guidance, and ensure that each solution aligns with client business goals. As a trusted data advisor, you’ll combine strong technical expertise with business insight to help organizations transform data into measurable impact.🕓 Note: This position requires flexibility to work with European time zones, as many of our clients are based in Europe.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and deliver end-to-end data consulting projects for international clients (in English).Design and implement semantic, dimensional, and aggregated data models in Snowflake.Develop and optimize Power BI datasets and dashboards for performance and scalability.Write, review, and optimize complex SQL queries for data analysis and validation.Translate business requirements into clear, scalable data solutions and insights.Advise clients on best practices in data modeling, analytics, and BI architecture.Collaborate with Rapida teams across Brazil, Thailand, Australia, and Europe.Mentor junior team members, sharing expertise in analytics and modeling.Skills & QualificationsProven experience as a Senior Data Consultant, Data Modeler, or Analytics Consultant.Strong expertise in Snowflake, data modeling (Kimball/Inmon), and semantic layer design.Advanced SQL skills for data transformation and performance optimization.Deep knowledge of Power BI, including large datasets, aggregations, and performance tuning.Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).Strong business acumen and ability to manage client relationships.Experience leading client-facing international projects.Bonus: Familiarity with retail, e-commerce, or hospitality data.Why Join Rapida?Lead international data projects with high visibility.Join a fast-growing consultancy expanding across multiple regions.Work directly with global clients and influence their data strategies.Collaborative and flexible culture with room for professional growth.Exposure to cutting-edge technologies: Snowflake, Azure, AWS, Power BI, Databricks.📩 How to ApplyPlease send your CV and remuneration expectation (PJ contractor) to:luis.bastos@rapida.com.au
