We are looking for a Power BI Dashboard Developer for our client, an international AI development company based in New York, who will take end-to-end ownership of their reporting process, from understanding business needs to building clear, insightful dashboards that support decision-making.ResponsibilitiesGather requirements and define KPIs with business stakeholdersDesign and develop interactive Power BI dashboardsPrepare mockups (Excel/Miro) before developmentPerform data modeling, Power Query ETL, and data transformationValidate data accuracy and conduct dashboard testingMaintain documentation and support users during rolloutRequirementsHands-on experience with Power BI (visuals, DAX, Power Query, modeling)Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to translate business requirements into clear dashboardsExperience with ETL / data preparationNice to HaveSQL experienceKnowledge of KPI frameworks or BI process design
