Sobre a vaga:

A gerência de Product Growth será responsável por liderar a estratégia e times de Growth, com foco em aumento da satisfação do cliente, usabilidade, rentabilização e penetração de mercado.

Sob sua responsabilidade estão os times relacionamento com parceiros estratégicos (cross-sell e re-sell), CRM, e planejamento de produto.



Responsabilidades:

  • Gerenciar diferentes times com foco em Growth: Estratégia de Growth, Parcerias, CRM, Planejamento de Produto, assegurando o alinhamento com os objetivos estratégicos da empresa e das diferentes áreas envolvidas;
  • Propor o desenho das estratégias de Growth, para os diferentes públicos (Clientes RH, Usuários e Estabelecimentos Comerciais), alinhadas com as estratégias desenhadas pelas demais equipes;
  • Apoiar e influenciar o time comercial na oferta do melhor produto ao cliente
  • Mensurar e analisar o desempenho de seus direcionamentos, ações, campanhas e propor melhorias na estratégia e execução;
  • Gerenciar e liderar uma equipe de alta performance, assegurando a motivação, desenvolvimento de habilidades e a entrega de resultados;
  • Definir objetivos claros para o time e monitorar o progresso em direção a esses objetivos
  • Forte relacionamento com as Tribos de Prod&Tech para apoio das necessidades e desenvolvimentos necessários.



Requisitos:

  • 10+ anos de experiência em Produtos, CRM ou marketing digital
  • Forte capacidade analítica e orientação à resultados
  • Experiência avançada no uso de plataformas como Marketcloud, Salesforce, HubSpot, entre outras, e habilidades sólidas em ferramentas de análise de dados.
  • Habilidade com ferramentas de automação de marketing e análise de campanhas;
  • Excelentes habilidades de liderança e comunicação;
  • Profundo conhecimento em análise de dados e segmentação;
  • Conhecimentos em SQL, Python e Power BI serão diferenciais
  • Iniciativa/proatividade, capacidade analítica, estruturação de alternativas e resolução de problemas
  • Inglês avançado (reuniões e apresentações para liderança em inglês com frequência, entrevistas serão em inglês)
  • Formação nas áreas Administrativa, Marketing, Engenharia, Estatística ou áreas correlatas.
