This role is fully remote in Brazil (CLT) and offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment supporting critical data processes.We are seeking Data Management Coordinator professionals to join our team in fully remote positions based in Brazil (CLT). This role supports critical data processes and requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, and collaboration across multiple teams.While all coordinators will work within MDM processes, there are two distinct specializations:Credit & Contract Administration – Responsible for managing the contract lifecycle, reviewing documentation for accuracy, performing credit checks, and ensuring proper data entry across multiple platforms.Location & Administrative Maintenance – Focused on maintaining location data integrity, including new setups, updates, closures, and supporting special projects related to merchant and location administration.Both specializations play a key role in supporting operational excellence and require the ability to meet deadlines while delivering high-quality results.ResponsibilitiesProcess assignments within standard timelines (2 business days)Ensure accuracy and completeness of data in MDM systemsCollaborate with Sales, Account Management, and Finance teamsTrack and report data metrics for compliance and performanceCredit & Contract Administration:Review incoming contract documentation for discrepanciesPerform credit checks in accordance with company policyEnter approved contracts into multiple systemsMaintain merchant documentation and follow up on pending agreementsLocation & Administrative Maintenance:Set up new locations and update existing records in MDMManage location name changes, moves, closures, and inactivationsSupport special projects assigned by the Data Administration TeamRequirementsCollege degree preferred (not required)Professional English communication skillsStrong Excel skills (VLOOKUP and report comparison functions) for MDM profileAdministrative experience and ORACLE knowledge for contract profileAbility to learn quickly and work well in a teamCredit review experience is a plusKnowledge, Skills & AbilitiesDetail-oriented with strong organizational skillsAbility to manage repetitive tasks efficientlyComfortable working in fast-paced environmentsStrong communication and problem-solving skillsBenefits💻 Monthly internet/mobile allowance🍽️ Meal and food vouchers💸 Annual bonus🏥 Health and dental plan🛡️ Life insurance💼 Hardware provided🌐 100% remoteApply today and help us maintain the accuracy and integrity of data that powers global commerce
