Lançada em dezembro de 2020, a plataforma vem tendo um ótimo crescimento, mensalmente já são mais de 18 milhões de pageviews acessadas.Estamos em busca de uma pessoa Product Designer Sênior com conhecimento em UX e foco em UI para elevar a experiência visual dos nossos produtos digitais. Você será responsável por transformar ideias em interfaces funcionais, consistentes e visualmente impecáveis — garantindo que design e negócio caminhem juntos. Procuramos alguém com olhar estético apurado, pensamento sistêmico e domínio técnico em design de interface, que entenda profundamente de sistemas de design, usabilidade e consistência visual em escala.Escopo de atividades:Desenhar interfaces digitais completas (web e mobile) com atenção a detalhes, consistência e acessibilidade.Traduzir fluxos e requisitos de produto em soluções visuais escaláveis, dentro do design system.Criar e evoluir componentes, padrões visuais e guidelines em colaboração com a área de Produto e de Tecnologia.Garantir a qualidade visual e coerência entre plataformas (web, iOS, Android).Trabalhar lado a lado com Product Managers e Engineers desde a concepção até a entrega.Colaborar com a gestão com relação: wireframes e protótipos, adicionando clareza, hierarquia e emoção visual.Participar de rituais de produto e trazer um olhar das boas práticas de design centrado no usuário.Monitorar tendências de UI, motion e design systems para manter o produto atualizado e competitivo.Requisitos Técnicos:Experiência em Product Design ou UI Design em empresas digitais, startups ou scale-ups.Portfólio sólido com interfaces de alta qualidade, demonstrando domínio de layout, tipografia, cor, hierarquia visual e pixel-perfect.Domínio de ferramentas como Figma (componentes, auto layout, prototyping, variables).Experiência prática em design systems e bibliotecas compartilhadas.Familiaridade com guidelines de plataformas (Material Design, Human Interface Guidelines).Entendimento de boas práticas de front-end (HTML, CSS, responsividade) para colaborar com devs.Inglês intermediário ou avançado.Diferenciais:Olhar crítico e alto padrão estético — “good taste + usability sense”.Comunicação clara e empática com stakeholders técnicos e não técnicos.Mentalidade de produto: entende métricas, trade-offs e impacto de design no negócio.Organização e ownership: cuida do design system e documenta decisões.Curiosidade e atualização constante sobre tendências visuais, tipografia e acessibilidade.Perfil: resiliente, colaborativo e resolutivo.Ser investidor e/ou conhecer o mercado de investimentos. Informações Complementares:Ambiente de trabalho agradável e organizado;Trabalho 100% Remoto;Horário flexível;Salário: a combinarContrato: Prestador de Serviços (PJ) com pacote completo de benefícios.
