Principais Responsabilidades:

  • Colaborar com a gestão, fornecendo indicadores, sugerindo e implantando melhorias para tomadas de decisão.
  • Gerir BP's de RH Regionais , identificando necessidades de treinamento e desenvolvimento,
  • Estabelecer relacionamentos com as líderanças para entender as necessidades e desafios.
  • Assegurar que as políticas e práticas de recursos humanos estejam alinhadas com as necessidades do negócio.
  • Facilitar a comunicação entre departamentos, promovendo a cultura organizacional.
  • Coordenar e monitorar projetos.
  • Realizar análises de dados para identificar tendências e oportunidades de melhoria.
  • Criar relatórios para a gestão.

Requisitos:

  • Mandatório: Inglês avançado (conversação, leitura e escrita serão utilizadas constantemente para relacionamento com o time global).
  • Disponibilidade para viagens (se deslocar para as nossas operações sempre que necessário)
  • Ensino Superior em Administração, Recursos Humanos ou áreas relacionadas.
  • Experiência anterior em posições de BP.
  • Habilidade em gestão de projetos e análise de dados.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal.
  • Capacidade de trabalhar em um ambiente dinâmico e de alta pressão.
