PF&A Team
The People, Finance and Administration team is at the forefront of BovControl's mission to run a results-oriented startup. We identify and select the most impactful talents supporting the right squads formation, onboarding and leveraging everyone to flourish. We have a deep understanding of the business and are responsible for aligning cross-functional teams across the company around key decisions. We work cross-functionally with teams at BovControl across engineering, legal, compliance, design, and many more to set strategy, define a budgets, and drive squads from inception to launch and ensure BovControl continues to evolve for the benefit of our customers.
Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role located in São Paulo, SP, with flexibility for remote work. As a Finance Administrator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day financial tasks of the company. This includes financial planning and budgeting, analyzing financial data, managing accounts, and communicating financial information to stakeholders. In this role, you will collaborate with various teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and contribute to the overall financial success of the organization.
Qualifications
- Financial Planning and Analytical Skills
- Experience in Finance and Accounting
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data
- Proficiency in relevant financial software and tools
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Google Workplace tools (xls, doc, ppt)
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- English speaker
- Additional certifications or qualifications in Finance or Accounting are a plus
