🌱 FP&A Coordinator - Agricultural

The Role: Are you ready to leave your mark? As an FP&A Coordinator - Agricultural, you will play a vital role in supporting Citrosuco’s agricultural financial planning and performance analysis. You’ll be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the performance indicators for our agricultural activities, identifying deviations, and providing essential insights for our leaders to drive success. Your work will directly impact the way we plan and execute our agricultural strategies, ensuring optimal resource allocation, cost management, and continuous improvement across our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordination & Budgeting: Lead the development and management of the agricultural budget, ensuring alignment with the company’s broader objectives. Analyze and report on discrepancies between actual and budgeted performance, and support agricultural managers in understanding these variances.
• Financial Modeling & Analysis: Design and implement economic-financial studies and models to evaluate business opportunities, investments, and operational decisions. Perform long-term strategic planning for key agricultural processes, including planting and irrigation plans.
• Performance Reporting & Monitoring: Establish best practices for monitoring the performance of agricultural operations using financial systems like SAP and Power BI. Provide clear and detailed performance reports to the Agricultural Managers, FPA team, and CFO to drive informed decision-making.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements in reporting and financial planning processes, enhancing the company’s ability to make data-driven decisions and improve operational efficiency.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with agricultural managers, supply chain teams, and other departments to ensure the effective allocation and use of resources, enabling Citrosuco to meet its operational goals.
• Leadership Support: Prepare materials for budget reviews, shareholder presentations, and internal meetings, offering a comprehensive view of agricultural performance. Collaborate with managers to fine-tune the approach to operational budgeting and cost management.
• Innovation & System Improvement: Lead the charge in optimizing financial systems and business performance tools, automating processes and improving time efficiencies in reporting and analysis.

What You Bring:

We are looking for someone who is not only a financial expert but also a leader who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related field (an MBA or postgraduate degree is a plus).
• A solid professional background in FP&A, financial planning, and variance analysis, with deep experience in agriculture or industrial sectors.
• Leadership experience in managing teams and driving performance.
• Advanced knowledge of financial systems, including SAP, Power BI, and Excel.
• Strong financial analysis and modeling skills, including a deep understanding of cost accounting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in English to interact with global teams and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly to diverse audiences.
• Experience in managing long-term strategic planning and preparing financial studies related to business opportunities, investments, and agricultural processes.
