Job Title: Technical RecruiterLocation: Brazil (Remote)Employment Type: Full-timeJob SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter based in Brazil to support end-to-end recruitment for technology roles across engineering, data, cloud, and emerging tech domains. This is a fully remote position, collaborating with global hiring managers to attract, evaluate, and hire top technical talent.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding supportPartner closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and hiring prioritiesSource candidates using multiple channels including LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and technical communitiesScreen resumes and conduct initial technical and behavioral interviewsCoordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and interview panelsMaintain accurate candidate records in ATS and ensure recruitment metrics are trackedBuild and maintain a strong pipeline of technical talent for current and future needsEnsure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring processSupport employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing activitiesRequired Qualifications2+ years of experience in technical recruitment or IT staffingStrong understanding of technical roles such as Software Engineers, DevOps, Cloud, Data, AI/ML, and QAExperience sourcing candidates for remote and global rolesFamiliarity with ATS tools and LinkedIn RecruiterStrong communication skills in English (written and verbal)Ability to work independently in a remote environmentPreferred QualificationsExperience recruiting in Latin America or global marketsKnowledge of modern tech stacks (Java, Python, React, Cloud platforms, DevOps tools, etc.)Prior experience in agency or fast-paced startup environmentsSkills & CompetenciesExcellent stakeholder management and negotiation skillsStrong screening and assessment abilitiesTime management and multitasking skillsData-driven mindset with attention to detail
