Company Overview:Natura Labs is a fast-paced, results-oriented creative and performance marketing team working with multiple e-commerce and direct-to-consumer brands. We specialize in high-performing ads, conversion-focused web pages, and creative strategies that scale.We’re hiring an experienced Direct Response Web Designer to support our ongoing projects, focusing on landing pages, branded UI/UX assets, and e-commerce sites across any major platform (Shopify, WooCommerce, Webflow, custom, etc.). This role is ideal for someone with a strong eye for modern design, clean layouts, mobile responsiveness, and a passion for driving conversions.What You’ll Do:Design high-converting landing pages, homepages, and product pages for e-commerce brands with a direct-response approachBuild clean, responsive layouts with mobile-first optimizationCreate branded visual assets (banners, product image sections, headers, etc.)Align page structures with CRO best practices and marketing goalsCollaborate with our team of developers, strategists, and ad creatorsUse design tools like Figma, Webflow, Canva, or Replo to produce final files or prototypes for any major platformWho You Are:You have experience designing web pages for e-commerce or DTC brands (on any platform) with a strong focus on conversionYou understand direct response principles and apply them to visual layout and structureYou can balance creative design with business outcomesYou work well with feedback, iteration, and evolving briefsYou understand the value of typography, spacing, color hierarchy, and UX patternsTools & Skills Required:Strong proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, or WebflowPortfolio of landing pages or e-commerce websitesClear communication skills in EnglishBonus: Familiarity with Framer, Replo, or basic HTML/CSSApply Here: https://naturalabs.notion.site/1d62acc43408810b904bfdc1ff41130a
