Key Responsibilities-Create diverse content formats: Visual assets: Design eye-catching product posters, carousel graphics, and promotional materials in accordance with platform guidelines.-Short videos: Produce short videos for products optimized for TikTok's algorithm, including tutorials, unboxings, trend takeovers, and behind - the - scenes footage Professional in video shooting and cutting skills, and proficient in using content creation software and applications. Stay aware of TikTok's latest trends, challenges, and algorithm updates, and incorporate viral elements into content to obtain better exposures.- Partner with internal teams to understand key selling points and translate them into compelling visuals and videos.-Support influencer collaborations by providing branded assets or co - creating content that aligns with campaign goals. Qualifications- 1-3 years of experience in creative content production. }-Visual Design Proficiency: Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator) or equivalent tools (Canva, Figma), demonstrated by a portfolio of clean, brand - consistent design work.-Video Creation Expertise: Rich experience in video shooting and editing, and able to optimize content for TikTok's specifications and algorithm.-TikTok Ecosystem Knowledge: A deep understanding of TikTok's user behavior, content trends, and best practices for driving engagement and conversion. Fluency in English (both written and verbal); Mandarin is a plus.
