Como desenvolvedor staff na alinea, você criará soluções simples, inteligentes e escaláveis.

  • Você será o responsável pelo planejamento, desenvolvimento e lançamento de soluções a partir da definição de um problema de negócio.
  • Auxiliar times, colocando a mão na massa, a desbloquear problemas complexos e diagnosticar incidentes,
  • Tecnicamente, você já precisa ter domínio de: Node, Typescript, testes automatizados, conceitos sólidos de arquitetura de sistemas, mongodb e cloud (GCP / AWS);
  • Boa comunicação escrita é uma habilidade crucial para esse papel, nossa comunicação é 90% assíncrona
  • Entendimento de negócio e histórico de colaboração com pessoas de design e produto são cruciais
  • Histórico de atuar com autonomia a partir de problemas de negócio para elaborar soluções, implementá-las e lançá-las é indispensável
