As a Front End Magento/Adobe Commerce Developer you will have the opportunity to build and enhance digital and online customer experiences for some of the world's well-known brands. You will apply your knowledge and skills in Magento/Adobe Commerce to build full-featured experiences. Your skills in PHP, JS frameworks and libraries like Angular, jQuery, & VueJS, MySQL, and REST web technologies will help ensure this team of talented developers succeeds. Good English communication and writing skills are required.


Responsibilities:

  • Analyze requirements/user stories to appropriately support design activities.
  • Perform all technical aspects of software development for assigned applications, including developing prototypes and writing new code and/or APIs.
  • Perform unit testing of software components, including the design, implementation, evaluation, and execution of unit test scripts.
  • Conduct code reviews and tests of automated build scripts.
  • Debug software components, identify, fix, and verify remediation of code defects (own work and the work of others).
  • Lead project/feature implementation and delegate accordingly
  • Ensure the Performance of the application.
  • Production issue research and resolution
  • Tooling identification
  • Ensure the Security of features and the application.
  • Support new and continued Magento 2x development of Open and Closed loop product platforms deployed to the cloud. Develop, build, deploy, configure, and certify applications.
  • Follow Incomm standards and best practices for logging, and code review.
  • Create documentation on the existing system and maintain documentation which includes the current state of system flow, sequence diagrams, architecture diagrams, and runbooks.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to work with innovative solutions.
  • Migration of platforms and application components.
  • Support after-hours coverage/escalation & support on-call rotation


Qualifications:

  • Bachelors/ M.S Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Technical background with good English communication and writing skills.
  • 7+ years of progressive development experience
  • 5 + years in Magento/Adobe Commerce development
  • Familiarity with system design
  • Experience developing customer-facing web experiences utilizing PHP 7/8, HTML, jQuery, MySQL, and REST web technologies, and the ability and desire to learn new technical skills quickly.
  • Experience with the entire Agile lifecycle of software development, including the use of version control tools, build management, unit testing, and issue tracking
