Introduction:

Join our team as a Developer/Consultant for Zoho, embarking on a transformative career. This role is perfectly suited for individuals passionate about optimizing business processes and implementing system automation. Dive into a dynamic environment where your work directly enhances client operations and efficiency.


Responsibilities:

  • Customize Zoho CRM to align precisely with client sales processes.
  • Implement Automation for tasks, email notifications, and comprehensive data collection.
  • Integrate Zoho CRM with other Zoho apps, including Forms, Desk, and Books, to create a seamless workflow.
  • Develop Custom Automations using Zoho’s Deluge scripting language to tailor solutions to client needs.
  • Create Custom Reports and Dashboards in Zoho Analytics to help clients understand and visualize their data.
  • Forge Connections with other applications using Zoho Flow or Zapier to expand functionality.
  • Conduct Discovery Meetings with clients to assess needs, design systems, and propose innovative solutions.
  • Ensure Effective Communication with clients to deeply understand their requirements and deliver tailored solutions.


Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience with Zoho CRM/ERP Systems and a strong grasp of their capabilities.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, SQL, and Python, with a solid foundation in coding and system design.
  • Excellent Communication Skills, comfortable with client interactions via email and video conferencing.
  • A Keen Interest in Business Systems with an understanding of profit generation mechanisms and how to enhance them through technology.
