It is hiring a bot developer capable of creating and supporting Microsoft Azure voice and chat bots to meet complex business needs.

Primary Responsibilities

• Bachelor’s degree in technology discipline or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of enterprise-scale Voice/Chat Bots development experience
• The Apps Dev is responsible for building and supporting Microsoft Azure voice and Chat bots to meet complex business needs
• Responsible for developing testing and deploying the bot code using CI/CD pipelines
• Custom component development using type script.
• Support QA, UAT and Release phases of the project via defect analysis, change maintenance
• Provide timely updates on tasks to reporting supervisor
• Build, maintain and strengthen relationship with stakeholders

Must Have Skills

• Experience with Azure cloud, Microsoft BOT framework, Microsoft BOT Composer, Emulator
• Experience using Git and Jenkins
• Hand on experience with Agile and Scrum development methodologies
• Experience in NLP (Natural Language Processing) & NLU (Natural Language Understanding), ML (Machine Learning), Conversational AI
• Experience with web services integration
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills in a complex, distributed environment
• Knowledge on CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of Azure Bot Service, Azure Cognitive services (ex: LUIS.ai), and QnA maker Microsoft Bot framework
