MLB SOCIAL EDITOR JOB SUMMARYMLB social media editors are content creators who manage ClutchPoints’ MLB social pages across Facebook, Instagram, X, and Tiktok. These professionals work within the marketing and communications department and closely follow the company's brand voice, image, and guidelines.GOALS AND DUTIES Manage the conceptualization and creation of content for all of ClutchPoints' MLB social media brandsBuild monthly engagement/reach across ClutchPoints’ MLB social pagesBe a diehard MLB fanBe able to think differently/creativelyAcquire timely information from relevant sourcesMaintain quality control of all posts and campaignsBe organized and be able to manage multiple social pagesWilling to learn photoshop (bonus: photoshop experience) to cover breaking newsBe able to find relevant and timely MLB information.Be able to come up with creative photo poster/video highlight ideas using the said MLB information.Be able to write creative captions for our social media fans.Must have general knowledge about the MLB.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Must be able to work at least 40 hours a week maxMust be a sports fan with expertise on the MLBMust be social media savvyWeekend/night availability (especially on gamedays)Must have native/bilingual proficiency in English and can easily spot any writtenEnglish errors (spelling/grammar/wording/etc.).- You must take an English proficiency exam to test your English skill level (score > 90).
