Buscamos Serviço de Scrum Master/Agile coach - PCD que queira aprender e transformar
- Apoiar o Product Owner em suas tarefas de definição e priorização de requisitos;
- Facilitar a resolução de impedimentos relacionados à atuação de outras equipes do cliente dentro do projeto;
- Facilitar a resolução de impedimentos relacionados à atuação da equipe da CONTRATADA;
- Monitorar a produção da equipe garantindo que o quadro de tarefas esteja atualizado;
- Suporte à equipe para atender o backlog dentro das prioridades definidas pelo(s) PO(s);
- Garantir que as cerimônias definidas nos frameworks ágeis ocorram e tenham o resultado esperado;
- Participar com a equipe em cerimônias da SAFe® e representá-los sempre que a presença da equipe não for necessária, por exemplo, no Scrum dos Scrums;
- Atuar na resolução de incidentes abertos referentes a aplicações suportadas pela equipe dentro do SLA desejado, trabalhando para sanar dúvidas entre o solicitante e a equipe e monitorando e atualizando o atendimento ao cliente, comunicação e gerenciamento de incidentes Ferramentas de gestão
- Uma das seguintes certificações: CSM (Certified Scrum Master); ou PSM I (Professional Scrum Master nível I); ou equivalente;
