We are looking for Assistant / Analyst Jr BPO, who wants to learn and transform his career.
In this role you will:
- Keep documentation organized and accessible for the sales team.
- Assist in carrying out the daily activities of the sales force team (força de vendas).
- Perform administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings and preparing agendas
- Collect, organize and analyze sales and performance data.
- Keep the information database updated.
- Customer service via email and teams
And much better if you stand out for:
- Good knowledge in “Informatica”, with knowledge about Windows, systems, email (Outlook), folders and Package Office.
- IMPORTANT – Have good experience in Excel
Desirable Skills:
- Experience in Sales Force (Força de Vendas) Activities
- Knowledge of Procurement and Purchase Orders (Ordem de Compra)
- English Language
