Join us as we grow and help shape the future of residential architecture.🎯 The RoleThis isn’t a typical architecture role — you’ll be part of a small, close-knit founding team where every contribution matters.As an Architect at Innova, you will:Create and refine construction drawings, blueprints, and technical documentsDevelop residential building designs that balance function, aesthetics, and complianceWork directly with clients and builders feedback to bring projects from concept to realityInterpret and apply Canadian building codes, local zoning, and design requirements (Canada-specific training will be provided)Collaborate with the team to solve design challenges creatively and efficientlyContribute to a supportive environment where leadership opportunities are available as we scale✨ Who You AreExperience in architecture, planning, or technical design (specifically in Apartment Buildings)Skilled in producing technical documents and construction plansStrong understanding of building codes and construction practices (does not need to be Canada-specific, building code knowledge and understanding needed)Creative thinker who brings fresh ideas and solutionsProven closer who works with urgency and precisionSomeone who can communicate in English👥 Who You’ll Work WithAlexander, CEO & the founding architecture teamTop builders and developers in CanadaA passionate, small team shaping Innova’s early culture🚀 What Success Looks LikeWithin 3 months:Ramp up on local codes and standards (with training support)Deliver high-quality plans and drawings with team guidanceWithin 6 months:Independently lead parts of design projectsConfidently produce client-ready documents and presentationsWithin 12 months:Own a portfolio of completed projectsTake leadership on new design initiatives as part of the founding team📈 Career Growth OpportunitiesJoining Innova early means you’ll help define our future.
