Nu Agri Asia, a leading innovator in the agri-tech industry, is looking for a detail-oriented Paid Media Analyst to join our growing marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity to dive deep into paid media campaigns and help drive growth through data-driven marketing strategies.


As a Paid Media Analyst at Nu Agri Asia, you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing paid media channels to achieve performance goals, maximize ROI, and enhance our brand’s digital presence. You will work closely with the marketing, product, and data teams to ensure that all paid media efforts are effectively executed and aligned with business objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.

Analyze and interpret campaign data to identify insights, optimize targeting, and improve campaign performance.

Monitor and report on KPIs such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, cost-per-click (CPC), cost-per-acquisition (CPA), and return on ad spend (ROAS).

Manage budget allocation, bid strategies, and ensure optimal use of media spend to drive customer acquisition and retention.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with product and business goals.

A/B test ad creatives, copy, landing pages, and targeting to continuously improve results.

Track competitor activities and industry trends to identify new opportunities and areas for optimization.

Generate detailed reports and dashboards to communicate performance metrics to key stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

Proven experience in managing paid media campaigns, with a focus on performance and ROI optimization.

Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.).

Analytical mindset with the ability to work with large sets of data and generate actionable insights.

Excellent understanding of paid media metrics such as CPC, CTR, CPA, and ROAS.

Familiarity with A/B testing, conversion tracking, and optimization best practices.

Strong communication and reporting skills, with the ability to explain complex data in a simple and actionable way.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
