Symplicity is seeking a driven, autonomous Marketing Specialist to grow our brand and drive demand in Brazil. In this role, you will be responsible for leading strategic marketing initiatives, collaborating with client success and sales teams, and ensuring the success of our marketing programs.


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans aligned with business objectives and growth targets.
  • Manage agency intermediation for marketing campaigns and strategic partnerships.
  • Organize and coordinate events to promote the Symplicity's brand and products.
  • Apply systemic thinking in data analysis and optimization of marketing processes.
  • Automate marketing strategies using tools like HubSpot to achieve efficiency and measurable results.
  • Manage and analyze KPIs in HubSpot and other tools to evaluate campaign and project performance.
  • Actively collaborate with Client Success and Sales teams to align strategies and ensure an integrated customer experience.
  • Demonstrate leadership and execution skills, leading cross-functional teams and complex projects.
  • Develop and execute detailed marketing plans, including market segmentation (EdTech), product positioning, and communication strategies.
  • Establish and maintain engagement routines with customers and prospects to increase retention and conversion.
  • Be responsible for the development and growth of the Marketing team, providing support, guidance, and leadership.
  • Support the Sales team by providing marketing materials and insights to drive sales.
  • Balance operational and strategic activities, focusing on 80% operational and 20% strategic tasks.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and conduct prospecting activities to identify business opportunities.


Minimum qualifications:

  • Advanced in English
  • Proven experience in commercial marketing, preferably in EdTech or technology companies.
  • Knowledge of agency intermediation and partnership development.
  • Experience in strategic marketing planning, with the ability to translate business objectives into tactical plans.
  • Advanced skills in marketing automation using tools like HubSpot.
  • Experience in KPI analysis and management to evaluate campaign and project performance.
  • Proven leadership and execution skills, with a track record of successfully leading teams and projects.
  • Knowledge in developing and executing detailed marketing plans, including engagement and retention strategies.
  • Familiarity with the EdTech market and ability to quickly learn and adapt to industry trends and demands.
  • Experience in the development and execution of B2B marketing programs, with expertise in digital marketing, including content marketing, email marketing, social media marketing and sales support.
