Job Description: We seek a highly skilled Sr. DevOps - AWS Specialist with over 7 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have team lead experience and a deep understanding of AWS and related technologies. You will work closely with engineering teams to deploy and maintain cloud infrastructure, ensuring seamless operation and troubleshooting as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with the DevOps team in designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud infrastructure.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy common stacks and ensure the seamless operation of cloud applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues within the cloud environment, ensuring continuous operation.
- Manage and maintain core AWS technologies including IAM, VPC, and RDS.
- To manage containerized applications, utilize AWS Kubernetes Services (EKS) and Elastic Container Registry (ECR).
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Argo Workflows and Argo CD.
- Work with message brokers like RabbitMQ for efficient communication between services.
- Utilize cloud databases like Snowflake for data storage and management.
- Manage and provision infrastructure using Terraform.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Istio Service Mesh for managing microservices.
- Familiarity with application monitoring tools like Prometheus.
- Knowledge of logging tools such as Loki for analyzing application logs.
- Ability to use Grafana for visualizing application usage data and statistics.
- Experience with Aurora, a Postgres-based AWS database.
- Knowledge of Redis for in-memory key-value storage and real-time operations.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as bash, shell, and Python for DevOps purposes.
