Finally, our Client is part of one the largest Insurance Groups in the world.Location: Brazil/Mexico – Working Hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (EST)What You’ll Do:Production Support: Troubleshooting issues on Comparative Rater vendor platforms and Download to maintain seamless operations.Collaboration: Working closely with Distribution Teams, IT, and external vendors to align on solutions and improvements.Enhancements & Development: Driving service enhancements and supporting the launch of new products on the Comparative Rater and Download platform.Download Services: Facilitating the delivery of policy transaction details to agents via their agency management systems, enabling effective customer service.RequirementsExperience:· 3 years of experience. Skills:· Proficiency in English (Interview’ll be in English)· Bachelor's degree Business Administration.· Excel – Intermediate· Office Suite - Intermediate· Power BI - Entry Level· Project Management Tools - Entry Level· Insurance Knowledge - PreferredBenefits1.
