Responsibilities

  • Analyze and record the entries of Invoices in the fiscal books.
  • Determine the taxes and fees to be collected by the company by analyzing the calculation basis, dates and forms of collection.
  • Follow tax legislation and stay informed about possible changes in procedures. Classify all documentation on the basis of the chart of accounts.
  • Prepare and issue managerial and fiscal reports.
  • Perform administrative activities, such as: document filing, preparation and typing of reports, letters and memos.
  • Perform other related activities inherent to the position.


Education

  • Minimum Requirements (mandatory): Complete higher education in Accounting Sciences or Administration.
  • Language: Intermediate English is desirable.
  • IT: Office package
