Appointment Setter


Job Description:

We are looking for a bilingual (Spanish/English) Appointment Setter to support our sales team by qualifying leads and scheduling appointments. You will play a vital role in business development by contacting potential clients and ensuring a consistent flow of opportunities.

Our client is a global leader in digital products and marketing, specializing in empowering dental professionals and practices. With over 25 years of experience in advanced dentistry, their in-house team delivers cutting-edge digital solutions, helping their clients gain a competitive edge in the dental industry.


Availability:

Part-Time


Work Schedule:

Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM or 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM CST.


Responsibilities of the Role:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients.
  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments.
  • Manage CRM records for lead status and client interactions.
  • Conduct follow-up calls or emails to answer questions and confirm appointments.


Required Experience and Qualifications:

6 months in sales or lead generation.


Language Requirement:

C2-Bilingual (Spanish/English).
