Our ideal candidate will have a strong visual sense, an analytical mind, a good eye for detail and the portfolio to back it up.We’re looking for someone who does not shy away from a challenge and is comfortable working to tight deadlines when required. You will be joining us during an exciting time and will be working on multiple projects simultaneously, often for different clients. Our team is entrepreneurial, smart, hard working and fun - Wunderdogs is a challenging yet very rewarding workplace, one where your effort and passion can make a real difference to our clients.Your key day-to-day responsibilities will includeConceptualizing creative ideas with clientsTesting and improving the design of the websiteEstablishing design guidelines, standards, and best practicesMaintaining the appearance of websites by enforcing content standardsDesigning visual imagery for websites and ensuring that they are in line with branding for clients.Effectively communicate your designs to developers and other key stakeholdersAddress product, marketing and business needsConduct industry research and stay up-to-date on best practices, competitor UI designs and emerging technologiesFacilitate web workshops for our clientsCreate lo-fi wireframes and high-fidelity designs in FigmaDevelop design systems, design websites using brand guidelinesCommunicate with clients and attend client meetingsCollaborate with developers to design new and intuitive user experiencesInteract with our development and management teams to collaborate on pitches and strategiesThe Qualifications4-5 years of design industry experienceBachelor’s degree in graphic design or similar field and a strong portfolio of digital projectsFluent across the Adobe Creative Suite and FigmaUnderstanding of design systems and how to create themUnderstanding of Figma and how to use itGreat communication skills: whether it’s talking through your work with the team or speaking with clients, you’ll need to be able to get your point across and empathize with those of othersExperience creating products with complex user flows and high-quality UI design is a plusExperience running stakeholder workshops with clientsAbility to work at least 3-4 business hours in Pacific Standard TimeSelf-motivation in a remote professional environment and ability to work independently as well as part of a teamSharp attention to detail within a fast-paced work environmentThe PerksDiverse team and interesting projects from all over the globeKPI-based yearly bonusFully remote job (traveling is encouraged)Highly cooperative team that encourages professional growth and self-developmentSalary is commensurate with experienceHow to applyTo be considered, send your cover letter, CV, case studies, portfolio, references and any supporting materials to careers@wunderdogs.co
