We are seeking an entry-level recruitment assistant to join our team and support our recruitment team. The successful candidate will assist in the recruitment of top talent while also handling some administrative HR-related tasks. The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
  • Assist with new hire onboarding and orientation, including preparing paperwork, scheduling training sessions, and setting up new employee files.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including filing paperwork, maintaining employee records, and responding to employee inquiries.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1+ year of experience in recruitment or HR-related field preferred
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
