About the Role


We are seeking a highly skilled Data Governance Lead to support our supply chain operations through effective data management, governance, and quality processes. In this role, you will oversee critical data activities within large ERP platforms, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement. You will serve as a subject matter expert, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and guide business partners in implementing best practices for data governance and operations.


Key Responsibilities


• Monitor and execute data operations and quality processes, including testing, error handling, data conversion/validation, and audit/compliance actions (NCs & CAPAs).

• Act as the Data Governance Lead for a specific workstream or functional area, providing guidance on data operations and supporting project prioritization and change assessments.

• Facilitate continuous improvement of data design, monitoring, and remediation processes with a focus on business outcomes.

• Implement and maintain tools, processes, and recommendations that enhance execution and efficiency.

• Support departmental data management framework updates, including value capture and budget execution protocols.

• Participate in, and sometimes lead, governance and operational meetings (end-to-end reviews, value capture, third-party assessments).

• Develop and maintain documentation such as SOPs, Work Instructions, protocols, and data quality catalogs.

• Deliver training and education to partners on detailed data procedures and data flow requirements.

• Support the deployment and execution of the Data Management Framework.


Qualifications


Education

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent university education (required).


Experience & Skills

• 4+ years of professional business experience.

• 4 + years of data management experience within large ERP platforms (SAP, JDE, Winshuttle, Data Quality tools).

• Bilingual: Portuguese + English (required).

• Supply chain experience (master data, operations, or multi-functional business environments).

• Strong understanding of supply chain data elements, processes, and organizational support models.

• Experience working across global and regional, cross-sector/industry environments.

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
