🌎 Location /Hours: Remote (Latin America) ET🕡 Working hours: Full Time💰 Salary : 2800 -3500usdRole overview We’re looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to be the analytical and creative engine for several founder-led, growth-stage clients. You’ll own and uplevel financial models and dashboards, then turn raw numbers into clear, compelling stories that drive smarter decisions. This is a hands-on, client-facing role reporting to our Fractional CFO—with daily collaboration, high ownership, and plenty of room to innovate across BI, automation, and content. 🚀📊🤝✍️ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain 3-statement financial models (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement).Develop and refine cash flow forecasts to help clients manage their liquidity.Conduct unit economics analysis to assess the profitability and viability of business models.Prepare comprehensive financial reports that summarize client performance and insights.Construct complex financial models for public CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) and eCommerce businesses.Comfortable engaging with founders/CEOs of startup businesses. Our typical client is doing $2 - 20mn in revenueUtilize financial analysis to create compelling content for social media, emails, whitepapers, and reports.Collaborate with the team to develop strategies and recommendations for clients.Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and models.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.Ideal candidate has 7 years professional experience, with at least 2-3 of these being in the CPG or eCommerce industries. Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.Experience with 3-statement modeling, cash flow forecasting, and unit economics analysis.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to synthesize complex financial data into clear and concise reports.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.Experience with BI or Looker Studio is a plus (one of your projects will be to connect all our financial models to one of these tools). Tools you’ll touchSpreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel), Looker Studio (or other BI tools)Accounting sources (Finalloop primarily; some QBO/Xero exposure)AI/automation tools for efficiency and reporting
