In this role, you will embrace a customer-centric, pragmatic approach, laser-focused on delivering maximum impact through the simplest, highest-quality solutions.We are here for the growth and development of our customers, Turing Team Members. You will partner closely with leaders to understand their desired development outcomes, time constraints, and needs. Leveraging this knowledge, you will craft relevant, engaging learning content that drives measurable business results for our internal customers. You will seek out simple yet impactful solutions, recognizing that the most compelling learning experiences are often the most practical.ResponsibilitiesDeeply collaborate with Turing leaders to translate team development needs into compelling, practical learning experiences driving measurable growth.Design and develop engaging, multimedia-rich asynchronous learning content using tools like Articulate, tailoring for diverse styles through simple, high-impact solutions.Serve as the go-to operational owner for the LMS system, curating and maintaining a dynamic, streamlined training catalog.
