Based)Reports to: QA Engineer SeniorType: Full-timeSalary : Competitive open to negotiate payment USDAbout the RoleWe are seeking a Senior QA Engineer to join our growing technology team for an important Fintech Crypto Company. This role is crucial in ensuring the quality, performance, and reliability of our software products.You will be responsible for executing manual and automated tests, identifying and documenting issues, and creating test scenarios aligned with business and technical requirements. You’ll also contribute to improving QA processes, CI/CD integration, and leveraging AI technologies to enhance automation efficiency and coverage.This is a hands-on position — ideal for someone who enjoys both technical testing and process improvement, and who thrives in a collaborative, Agile environment.⚙️ Key ResponsibilitiesExecute manual and automated tests to ensure software quality and performance.Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases based on business requirements.Create and manage functional and regression tests across multiple platforms.Identify, document, and track issues and inconsistencies; collaborate with developers for timely resolution.Support and promote best quality assurance practices within the development team.Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline to support continuous delivery.Continuously evaluate and improve QA processes, tools, and methodologies.Provide clear reporting on testing progress, risks, and software quality metrics.Utilize AI-based tools to enhance test creation, automation scripting, and defect detection.Collaborate closely with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with user expectations.RequirementsEducationBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Experience4+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with 2+ years in automation testing.Proven experience in manual and automated testing within an Agile environment.Strong background in designing and executing detailed test plans and defect management.Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD workflows.Technical SkillsAdvanced English level (C1).Proficiency with testing frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.Familiarity with AI tools for generating or optimizing test scripts.Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).Understanding of REST APIs, SQL, and general software testing methodologies.Knowledge of Agile/Scrum practices and ability to collaborate in iterative development cycles.Preferred QualificationsHands-on experience with Playwright.Exposure to AI-based test automation or intelligent test generation tools.Experience with cloud-based environments and microservices testing.Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools.Why Join UsWork with cutting-edge QA and AI technologies in a fast-paced environment.Join a collaborative, innovation-driven engineering culture.Competitive compensation and long-term growth opportunities.Opportunity to contribute to high-impact, scalable software solutions.
