We are looking for a seasoned hardworking and overachieving Sales Engineer with proven experience and a passion for selling technology solutions to organizations. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a challenge, takes the initiative and is entrepreneurial. Our ideal candidate is driven to achieve sales goals and possess exceptional sales and customer service skills and has gained experience within the health care sector environment.
This ideal candidate will partner with Account Executives to find, contact, and follow-up with prospective clients. Once they discover the client's needs, they will discuss our product's technological capabilities and business value with the client. The ideal candidate should be able to clearly articulate highly technical concepts to all prospective clients.
Duties include but not limited to:
- Create technical content for presentation at seminars.
- Actively seeks out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
- Effectively establish relationships in new accounts.
- Create and deliver powerful presentations and demos that clearly communicate the uniqueness of the value proposition.
- Discuss system requirements with clients and provide sales support and training as required.
- Implementation of the sales growth strategies to achieve set goals
- Participates on behalf of the company in exhibitions and conferences.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer requirements.
- Providing presales technical assistance and product education.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in biomedical engineering/equipment technology program, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience required.
- 3+ years of experience working within the field of biomedical, health care environment preferred.
- Proven experience as a sales executive or relevant role is required.
- Ability to relate technical information to clients.
- Experience in sales and technology field.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service and sales skills required.
- English – professional proficiency required.
- Ability to speak Spanish is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of user software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Exceptional team-working and leadership skills required.
