Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data visualization needs and requirements.
  • Design and develop intuitive, interactive BI dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data presented in visualizations.
  • Optimize and maintain existing BI solutions to improve performance and user experience.
  • Provide training and support to business users on BI tools and dashboards.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in data visualization and BI tools.
  • Work closely with the data engineering team to ensure data availability and quality for reporting needs.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of data governance and BI standards across the organization.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in data visualization or a related role.
  • Proficient in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, QlikView, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, SQL, Python, and data warehousing concepts.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into non-technical, lay terms.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for creating visually appealing and informative data visualizations.
