Estamos buscando um(a) Senior Marketing Communications Specialist para integrar nossa equipe em tempo integral e presencial. Este profissional será responsável por criar, implementar e gerenciar estratégias de marketing digital abrangentes, utilizando ferramentas como RD Station para otimizar nossas campanhas em redes sociais, e-mail marketing e manutenção de nosso website. Além disso, será essencial sua habilidade em desenvolver materiais gráficos como apresentações, propostas e prospectos, garantindo que a comunicação visual esteja alinhada com a identidade da marca.


Responsabilidades

  • Desenvolver e gerenciar campanhas integradas de marketing digital, incluindo redes sociais, e-mail marketing e gestão de conteúdo para o website.
  • Utilizar ferramentas como RD Station para automação de marketing, segmentação de público e análise de resultados.
  • Criar materiais gráficos e visuais, incluindo apresentações, propostas comerciais e materiais promocionais.
  • Planejar e executar estratégias de comunicação e relações públicas.
  • Monitorar e analisar o desempenho das campanhas para otimizar as estratégias e alcançar os melhores resultados.
  • Trabalhar de forma independente e colaborativa, coordenando projetos de marketing de ponta a ponta.


Qualificações

  • Experiência comprovada em Marketing Digital e Comunicações.
  • Habilidade comprovada na criação de press releases e materiais gráficos.
  • Domínio de ferramentas de automação de marketing, preferencialmente RD Station.
  • Excelente habilidade de comunicação escrita e verbal.
  • Fortes habilidades organizacionais e de gestão de projetos.
  • Capacidade de trabalhar tanto de forma independente quanto em equipe.
  • Graduação em Marketing, Comunicação ou áreas correlatas.


Remuneração Inicial

R$ 3.500 + VT + VR + PLR

Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Communications Specialist to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. This professional will be responsible for creating, implementing, and managing comprehensive digital marketing strategies using tools such as RD Station to optimize our campaigns on social media, email marketing, and website maintenance. Additionally, proficiency in developing graphic materials such as presentations, proposals, and brochures is essential, ensuring visual communication is aligned with the brand identity.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage integrated digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and website content management.
  • Utilize tools such as RD Station for marketing automation, audience segmentation, and result analysis.
  • Create graphic and visual materials, including presentations, commercial proposals, and promotional materials.
  • Plan and execute communication strategies and public relations.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize strategies and achieve the best results.
  • Work independently and collaboratively, coordinating end-to-end marketing projects.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Digital Marketing and Communications.
  • Demonstrated ability in creating press releases and graphic materials.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, preferably RD Station.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields.


Initial Compensation

R$ 3,500 + Transportation Voucher + Meal Voucher + Profit Sharing
