We are looking for a Senior Designer to join our creative team and help shape the visual identity of NoPing, a leading company in latency optimization for online gaming. As a Senior Designer, you will play a pivotal role in producing high-quality content, including motion videos, 2D/3D animations, banners, logos, and various materials for social media, websites, and apps.

The ideal candidate is a highly skilled designer with a passion for gaming, creativity, and a proven ability to collaborate effectively with marketing and product teams to deliver visually compelling assets.


Responsibilities

  • Create motion videos and animations (2D and 3D) for campaigns and product launches.
  • Design posts, covers, and banners for social media platforms.
  • Develop logos and branding materials for NoPing and associated products.
  • Design presentations, website and app interfaces (UI/UX), and other visual assets as needed.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to align creative assets with strategic objectives.
  • Utilize tools like Trello and Jira to manage tasks and ensure timely delivery.


Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in design, with at least 5+ years specializing in 2D/3D and motion design.
  • Proficient in tools such as:
  • Motion and Animation: Adobe Animate, After Effects, LottieFiles.
  • 3D Design: Cinema 4D, Blender, Houdini.
  • Graphic Design and Video Editing: Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, Blender.
  • Intermediate English (mandatory) for reading and basic communication.
  • Proven portfolio showcasing expertise in 2D/3D design and motion graphics.
  • Gamer with a strong passion for online gaming (mandatory).


Preferred Skills

  • Fluent English (a plus).
  • Experience in the gaming industry.
  • Familiarity with tools for team collaboration, such as Trello and Jira.
