We are Cibernos, and we are looking for a Carrier Procurement Specialist with solid experience in the telecom industry to manage and develop operator relationships in Brazil, with a strong focus on A2P SMS & Voice services.Responsibilities:Collect, analyze, and report local telecom market information, trends, and business opportunities.Develop and manage relationships with local telecom operators (SMS & Voice carriers).Lead procurement processes, including supplier sourcing, commercial negotiations, pricing optimization, and cost reduction initiatives.Maintain long-term, strategic relationships with key suppliers to ensure service stability and competitiveness.Drive procurement processes end-to-end, ensuring alignment and proper closure of all negotiations.Support management with ad-hoc or temporary tasks as required.Requirements:2- 3 years of experience working within telecom operators or A2P SMS & Voice environments.Proven access to and experience managing local carrier/operator resources in Brazil.Strong commercial, negotiation, and supplier management skills.Ability to work independently and proactively manage processes to completion.Fluent English (spoken and written) for business communication.College degree or higher.Must be based in Brazil.Valuable:Previous experience in A2P SMS & Voice industry.Strong operator development capabilities and carrier relationship management.Chinese language skills.We offer:Competitive compensation package aligned with experience and market conditions.Opportunity to work in an international telecom environment.Professional growth within a fast-growing global company.If you are interested in joining an international team and playing a key role in carrier procurement and telecom operations, we look forward to hearing from you.
