A Brunel está em busca de um Analista Financeiro de Projetos Sr. para fazer parte do time de um dos nossos clientes líderes no mercado de petróleo e gás Essa oportunidade é para um contrato permanente, de tempo indeterminado, para atuar de forma híbrida no escritório que fica localizado no Rio de Janeiro (RJ).


Atividades:

  • Prover suporte diário ao time de projeto nos assuntos relacionados ao orçamento;
  • Garantir o completo entendimento do contrato e do escopo do projeto;
  • Analisar o orçamento do handover;
  • Preparar a estrutura de custos do projeto e implementá-la no SAP e em outras ferramentas de controle de custos;
  • Estabelecer os processos e práticas de controle de custos de acordo com as metodologias da empresa;
  • Atualizar o orçamento do projeto continuamente e garantir sua consistência entre as diversas áreas do projeto;
  • Preparar mensalmente análises de variações do orçamento e análises de sensibilidade;
  • Identificar e valorizar potenciais riscos e oportunidades;
  • Participar da elaboração de Variation Orders;
  • Auxiliar na preparação dos relatórios mensais do projeto e garantir sua confiabilidade;
  • Garantir um ambiente participativo no projeto para o controle de custos;
  • Prover feedback para o Budget Holder/Project Manager sobre eventuais desvios no orçamento;
  • Prover informações de custos para auditorias internas e externas;
  • Participar do close out do projeto.
  • Assegurar padronização dos lançamentos do BFC (sistema de reporte corporativo);
  • Cálculo e lançamento contábil do POC (Percentage of Completion), assim como lançamentos contábeis referentes a fechamentos mensais;
  • Emissão dos relatórios mensais e trimestrais referentes ao fechamento financeiro do projeto, tais como LTF, Project Reconciliation, entre outros;
  • Em conjunto dos relatórios, realizar análises de variações em diferentes níveis de detalhes, além de consolidação delas;
  • Consolidar e reportar fluxo de caixa do projeto incluindo análise de variações utilizando os sistemas de reporte corporativo (Ecosys e LTCF system);
  • Atuar nas entregas às demandas solicitadas pelos auditores externos e internos.


Requisitos:

  • Ensino superior completo em Engenharia de Produção, Economia, Administração ou Ciências Contábeis
  • Desejável algum curso de Pós-Graduação ou Especialização na área de Finanças, Projetos e/ou Controle de Custos.
  • Expeciência com projetos EPCI na área de O&G
  • Conhecimentos avançados de finanças, custos e contabilidade
  • Inglês avançado
  • Excel avançado
  • Usuário de SAP
