We are looking for a Desktop Support in Nova Lima/MG who wants to learn and transform his career.


Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must Have

1. Should manage a team

2. You have minimum 4 to 5 years’ experience in pc and/or mobile telephony support

3. Should have good knowledge on Network and Server Administration

4. Hands on Experience on mounting and unmounting the devices

5. Should have good knowledge of Windows OS (Windows 10) & MS Office

6. Should have good knowledge of hardware (HP, DELL, Lenovo)

7. Excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication and team collaboration skills

8. Good knowledge of German/English (written and oral)

9. Having excellent administrative skills is key for the job (punctual and meticulous)

10. Quick learner, punctual & interested in the progress of IT
