We are looking for Application Project Manager who wants to learn and transform his career

The Application Project Manager will drive the delivery and management of IT applications throughout their lifecycle. This role is essential to ensure the effectiveness, security and innovation of the applications, contributing to the overall technological advancement and operational efficiency of the organization. The professional must possess a distinct combination of business, IT, financial, and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Developing detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Ensure the timely and successful delivery of IT projects, meeting defined goals and expectations.
• Leadership and People Management: Lead and inspire project teams, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Provide support, guidance, and mentorship to team members, encouraging their professional growth.
• Stakeholder Management: Developing and maintaining strong relationships with all project stakeholders, ensuring that their needs and expectations are understood and managed effectively.
• Resource Management and Budget: Allocate and manage resources effectively to ensure project delivery within scope, deadline, and budget constraints. Develop and manage the project budget, seeking to optimize expenses and minimize the total cost of ownership.
• Supplier and Contract Management: Collaborate and negotiate with suppliers, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure successful completion.

Quality Assurance and Compliance: Implement rigorous testing and quality assurance protocols. Ensure that all project activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and organizational policies

• Experience: Hands of experience in IT project management with a focus on application development and deployment.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Tools: Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project, Jira, Trello. Knowledge of reporting and analysis tools to track metrics and project performance.

Methodologies: Familiarity with project management methodologies such as PMI, PRINCE2 and Agile approaches.

• Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent. Scrum Master certification or equivalent Agile certification.
