Posição: Jr. Recrutador

Descrição: Você é uma pessoa comunicativa com paixão por causar um impacto positivo na vida das pessoas? Você possui fortes habilidades em inglês e deseja crescer na área de recrutamento? A Nowscale está à procura de um Jr. Recrutador motivado que esteja ansioso para aprender e se desenvolver como recrutador técnico. Principais Responsabilidades:

  • Auxiliar na busca e triagem de candidatos para várias funções técnicas.
  • Desenvolver e manter um forte pipeline de candidatos qualificados.
  • Apoiar os recrutadores seniores na coordenação de entrevistas e na gestão de comunicações com candidatos.
  • Colaborar com a equipe para entender as necessidades dos clientes e os requisitos dos cargos.
  • Participar de entrevistas com candidatos e fornecer feedback construtivo.


Principais Requisitos:

  • Fortes habilidades em inglês: Proficiência em falar e escrever.
  • Aprendizagem Rápida: Capacidade de compreender novos conceitos e ferramentas rapidamente.
  • Trabalho em Equipe: Confortável em trabalhar em um ambiente de equipe para alcançar objetivos comuns.
  • Orientado a Pessoas: Gosta de ajudar os outros e causar um impacto positivo em suas carreiras.
  • Organizado e Detalhista: Capaz de gerenciar múltiplas tarefas e priorizar efetivamente.
