You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect, organize, and analyze user needs and behaviors, contributing to strategies that drive user growth and improve product experience.Job ResponsibilitiesAssist the user research team in conducting research on market users, collecting and organizing user needs, pain points, and behavioral habits.Assist in designing and executing user surveys, organizing and analyzing data, and producing user insight reports to inform business decisions.Conduct in-depth market research through desktop analysis, consumer interviews, and merchant conversations to uncover market trends and opportunities.Analyze data to identify user trends and insights, transforming findings into actionable reports for stakeholders.Collaborate on cross-functional presentations to support user growth strategies and business development initiatives.Job Requirements:Currently pursuing studies in Business Administration, Data Analysis, Marketing, Engineering or related fields, with expected graduation between July 2024 and July 2026.Fluent English (spoken and written) required for interaction with international teams.Strong interest in user research, product design, or user experience, with good learning ability and logical thinking.Detail-oriented, responsible, with strong teamwork and communication skills.SQL knowledge is a plus.
