Gestor de E-mail Marketing – Proposta de CargoMissão do CargoCriar e gerenciar estratégias de e-mail marketing com foco em conversão, relacionamento e retenção, construindo jornadas inteligentes dentro do funil de e-mails da XMX. O objetivo é transformar dados em campanhas personalizadas que gerem resultado real.Principais Responsabilidades1. Estratégia e Arquitetura de FunilPlanejar e estruturar jornadas de e-mail por estágio do funil (captura, nutrição, ativação, recompra e fidelização);Desenvolver segmentações inteligentes com base em comportamento, engajamento e dados de compra;Definir e testar hipóteses de campanhas automatizadas e pontuais (broadcast, newsletters, etc.);2. Execução e Otimização de CampanhasCriar e-mail copies com foco em abertura, clique e conversão;Integrar e-mails com as principais ferramentas (RD Station, ActiveCampaign, LeadLovers, etc.);Monitorar e otimizar métricas como taxa de abertura, CTR, taxa de conversão e descadastro.3. Alinhamento com Times EstratégicosColaborar ativamente com as equipes de Copy, Vídeo, Tráfego e outras áreas envolvidas nas campanhas.Garantir que os e-mails estejam integrados com os lançamentos e ações ativas.Propor melhorias com base em dados, testes A/B e aprendizados anteriores.Manter comunicação constante com o time de Suporte para captar feedbacks e ajustar jornadas.4. Gestão de Fornecedores de E-mailAtuar diretamente com fornecedores de serviços de disparo e automação de e-mails.Acompanhar performance, entregabilidade e sugestões de melhoria da plataforma.Participar das decisões sobre migração, integrações e escalabilidade de ferramentas externas.Perfil IdealDomínio prático de ferramentas de e-mail marketing (como ActiveCampaign, RD Station, Mailchimp, etc.);Experiência em criação e automação de funis de e-mail;Noção sólida de copywriting voltado para conversão;Organização para lidar com múltiplas campanhas simultâneas;Capacidade de análise de métricas e tomada de decisão baseada em dados;Visão estratégica de marketing digital e jornada do cliente.SALÁRIO:R$2500,00 a R$3000,00TIPO DE CONTRATAÇÃO:A prestação de serviço será feita no Regime PJ.
