If you are interested kindly share profile atProduction Support Consultant in Brazil (Tax Tools exp)Location: Brazil (Can be Remote)Salary: As per the Market Responsibilities:At least 4 years of experience as a Techno Functional consultant in any or a few of the following tools - Mastersaf DFE, One Source Tax One, eComex, Comex RecofProven experience in Brazil localizationBusiness English is mandatory apart from native Portuguese skillAbout the job:Production supportNeed to take transition from existing teamAddress/Resolve user's issues raised via ServiceNow ticket within the stipulated time/SLAFollow the defined processesCollaborate with ERP (inbound/outbound) as needed to resolve issuesPrepare, Participate in status report/meetingsMay need after hours support in case of critical issues (very rare)In general no travel is expected as part of the jobRemote location based work is acceptableOpen to learn new tools, skills as needed on the job by leveraging their past experience, expertise.
